Evidence to gather
- Your Notice of Appraised Value
- Recent sales of 3–5 similar nearby homes
- Photos of damage, needed repairs or outdated features
- Repair estimates or inspection reports
- Closing statement or recent appraisal (if bought in the last 2–3 years)
- The district's evidence packet (request it before your hearing)
